The President shall be an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors of each Regional Chapter/Branch.
The President, through regular communication with the other officers of the Association, shall assure
himself that the responsibilities of the other officers are being properly fulfilled.

Section 5. First Vice President

In the absence of the President, the First Vice President shall be the Chief Executive Officer and shall act
as such. The First Vice President shall be ex-officio members of the Board of Directors of each Regional

Chapter/Branch. This is not intended to add to the travel requirements of the President or 1 Vice
President, but is intended to improve the two way exchange of information between International and
the Chapters/Branches. The First Vice President shall also act as the chairman of the Finance Committee
and the Resolutions Committee.”
